  • What equipment do I need?

    If you are completing your training at home, we suggest having one set of dumbbells. We suggest not going too light, as you will want weights that challenge you. You can always adjust a movement by using only one weight instead of two. If you would like to grow your home equipment, we then suggest owning one lighter set of dumbbells (think overhead exercises), and one heavier set of dumbbells (think lower body). A Kettlebell is also an amazing tool, along with a mini bind.

  • What if I have an injury or limitation?

    Modify, modify, modify! The Coach will provide modifications throughout your training. However, you may have a specific injury (for example, the knee), which requires all knee flexion movements to be modified or left out. No sweat! Find your go-to movements (instead of a squat you deadlift, or decrease your range of motion) and sub those in as needed. We will support you to find those go-to movements. *Note: if you have an injury, first and foremost, be sure you have been assessed by a therapist so you have guidelines and education to inform your training choices.

  • Am I committed to a contract?

    Nope! Your membership is month to month, and you have full control to change it right from your account.

  • What does Dash's nutrition support look like?

    Great question! Our approach is rooted in supporting folks to feel good. We know that when we eat mostly whole, nutrient dense foods, this is what happens. We also know balance is so important, and we never coach restriction. Dash provides weekly coaching webinars to our Thrive members, along with downloadable resources to do just this! We provide the tools to learn to eat and enjoy more nutrient rich foods, along with the education to adopt this long term.
